• Prints are made to order and typically ship within 10-14 business days

Paintings:

• Shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days.

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched so you can track your parcel via the courier’s website.

Please allow up to 28 days in rare cases due to courier delays or peak periods.​

Customs, Import Fees & Taxes ​​​​

In circumstances where fees are applied by local authorities, these charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Paintings:

• Free shipping does not cover potential customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country’s postal service.

• For international customers (outside of Canada), all orders may be subject to customs/import fees.

• Charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy​

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns.

• If an item arrives damaged, email photos of the damaged item within 24 hours to toniwiggins.art@gmail.com and we will assist you. Keep all damaged packaging, as the courier may need it for assessment.

• Refunds only cover the cost of the item, not shipping.​
